Come to the fair and bring your camera! Take pictures that you feel best exemplify the spirit and feeling of the Hessler Street Fair. Following the fair, entries will be accepted for the Hessler Street Fair Photo Contest.
Photos must be taken in and around the 2008 street fair and can be either conventional photography or digital photographs.
All entries must include photographer’s name, street address, city, state, zip code, phone number and email address (if applicable) and must be received by June 18, 2008.
Judging will take place in September, 2008. Winners will be notified at that time. While we cannot return photographs, photographers will retain the copyright on their work. We reserve the right to display the photographs on the Hessler Street Fair website (www.hessler.org) or otherwise. All entries so used will include the photographer’s name. The Hessler Street Fair Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any entry.
Judging will be blind (i.e., the judges will not know whose photos they are viewing) and will be conducted by a panel of qualified judges who are not members of the Hessler Street Fair Committee. All judging will be final and duplicate prizes will not be awarded.
1st Prize -- $100
2nd Prize -- $50
3rd Prize -- $25
